By creating an account or using DoggyDogWorld ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for anything that happens as a result of using the App — including your decisions about where to go and any interaction, meetup, or introduction between you, other users, and any dogs. The Company is not a party to and is not responsible for those interactions or their outcomes.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and provide accurate information. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
You may sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. When you do, you authorize us to receive and use the profile information those services provide — including your name, email address, and profile photo — to create and display your DoggyDogWorld profile. With Sign in with Apple you may hide your email; we will use the relayed address instead. You can edit or remove this information in the App, or delete your account.
You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, dogs, reviews, photos, events, messages). You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display it to operate the App. You must have the rights to what you post, and it must not be unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable, offensive, harassing, threatening, or abusive content or behavior. You can report content and block other users in the app. We review reports and may remove content and remove or ban users who violate this policy, at our discretion and without notice.
Dog activities carry inherent risks. Listings, ratings, live activity, community verifications, AI-generated information, and safety reports are user- and AI-contributed and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You agree to independently verify any information before relying on it and to use your own judgment. You assume all risk arising from your use of the App and from any in-person meetups or dog interactions. The App is not a substitute for veterinary, legal, or emergency services; in an emergency contact local authorities or an emergency vet directly.
No harassment, impersonation, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service or misrepresent a place's safety.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm to you, other people, or any animal, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your interactions with other users or dogs.
The App relies on Apple, Google Firebase, and (where enabled) Google Maps and Vertex AI; their terms also apply.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete account). We may terminate access for violations.
We may update these Terms and will post changes with a new effective date; material changes will be surfaced in-app.
